Soak your aligners for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Cleaning Crystals

Invisalign cleaning crystals are easy to use. All you need is a cup with lukewarm water and a packet of these superb cleaning crystals. Before you go to bed, pre-rinse your aligners to make sure those food particles are removed. Fill the cup with water, pour the crystals into the cup, and place your Invisalign into the solution. Let it soak for about 15 minutes and rinse your aligners in running water. Cleaning crystals are used to prevent bad breath caused by the buildup of food particles between your teeth and aligners.
